Return and Exchange Policy

At Swish, we are committed to providing our customers with the latest fashion crafted with great quality. As all our products are made to order, they do not qualify for refunds, store credits, or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item with the same product and size, OR
  • Issue a credit note valid for 3 months if a replacement is not possible.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email us at info@swishbydolcyandsimran.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange, OR
  2. Call our Customer Care team at +91 8817407091 during :
    • Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
    • Saturday: 1 PM to 5 PM
